About Emma
Emma has a BA hons and MA in English Literature from Oxford University and a diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.
She is strongly influenced by both the integrative and functional medicine philosophies underlying her knowledge of nutrition. She embraces a systems-oriented approach to the patient that works to identify the underlying root cause of symptoms and the power of nutrients and lifestyle habits to support good health. She firmly believes that each patient is unique and needs a personalised approach to their diet and wellbeing and feels this is very much the future of nutritional therapy.
Emma has a particular interest in autoimmune disease, especially autoimmune thyroid disease and also hormone imbalance as well as digestive and gut-related issues.
Emma is married and lives in Hampshire with 3 children and works in the London and Tidworth, Wiltshire NatureDoc clinics, as well as via our secure telehealth system.
