Mariana Sheppard

Mariana is a registered Nutritional Therapist with a warm and friendly approach and a special interest in baby, toddler, children’s and teen physical, cognitive and mental health. She also supports parental burnout and exhaustion. She practices from a clinic in Knutsford, Cheshire, as well as providing video consultations on our secure telehealth system.

Her journey into nutrition started after navigating her own daughter’s respiratory health challenges 14 years ago, and having experienced a powerful transformation in her family’s life, she is now passionate about helping others achieve their health goals.

She supports teens and tweens with mental health challenges and neurodivergence such as ADHD,  dyslexia, dyspraxia and sensory processing. She sees many babies, toddlers, children and teens with allergies, respiratory issues and atopic conditions. She specialises in highly selective eating and the root causes. She also looks after mums-to-be with their fertility and pregnancy journey, as well as tired parents who are struggling with their energy levels, immunity and hormones.

Mariana supports her clients by providing individualised nutrition and lifestyle plans that are practical and easy to implement. Being a busy mummy of three herself, she understands all the potential challenges families are faced with when it comes to their little one’s health, fussy eating, weaning and sleepless nights, in addition to managing everyday life.
