Melanie Elwes
About Melanie
Melanie graduated from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition with distinction. She has a particular interest in supporting families with a focus on children’s health as well as women’s health and hormones. She practices in North Hampshire, London Sloane Square and via our Telehealth system.
As a mother of 4, Melanie has witnessed first-hand and understands the importance of nutrition and lifestyle at all stages in a child’s life. She supports teens, tweens and younger children who are navigating mental health challenges, neurodivergence or burnout. She is passionate about supporting mothers and mothers-to-be and believes in the huge role personalised nutrition and lifestyle can play in both physical health and mental wellbeing.
She works with her clients to identify the underlying root cause of symptoms and believes that a personalised and targeted, as well as realistic approach to her support is key to achieving long-term health goals.
Melanie is a keen cook, influenced by her French upbringing, and she believes making food taste and look delicious contributes to establishing better nutrition habits from an early age.
Melanie is married and lives with her 4 children on the borders of Hampshire and Berkshire. She enjoys running, yoga and is a keen gardener.
