Cecilia Selby
About Cecilia
Cecilia trained in nutritional therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She specialises in family nutrition and lives near Chipping Norton on the Oxfordshire/Gloucestershire/Warwickshire borders. She currently offers both in-person and video consultations via our secure Telehealth system.
Cecilia is hugely passionate about helping children and teenagers to feel healthy, happy and well with better focus and achievement at school. She incorporates nutrition to support and optimise physical, mental and emotional development. She has great experience in supporting neurodivergent children with dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, sensory processing and autism to help them become the best versions of themselves. She also has a personal interest in supporting children with PANS/PANDAS, having navigated this autoimmune-mediated condition successfully with one of her own children.
With a gentle and empathetic approach, she will discuss in detail your child’s health and development history. After the consultation, she will create a personalised health plan that is achievable for both your child and family.
Cecilia also supports exhausted and burned-out parents with their nutrition, whether to improve immunity, support sleep, or help manage stress. A whole-family approach to nutrition can mean you all have more fun together!
Cecilia is a mother to four fun, sporty, and energetic children and understands what it takes to cook for a busy household with different dietary needs. When she’s not in the kitchen whipping up meals for family and friends, she enjoys pilates and walking her dogs in the great outdoors.
