Brain Charge Fruity Smoothie
Here is a scrumptious healthy breakfast smoothie to kick start your children’s brains in the morning. It is brimming with brain boosters, including flax seed, chia seed and avocado, and can brain charge your youngsters in the morning. Sweetened naturally with mango and raspberry, they will really love this one!
Talk of the escalating figures in Alzheimer’s disease is all over the news. The experts say a frightening ONE THIRD of babies born in 2015 will go on to develop Alzheimer’s disease! That is 37% of girls and 27% of boys. Dementia and dyslexia share similar cognitive impairments in attention, language, and working memory. Research says that the presence of dyslexia may influence the assessment of the severity of dementia. I am not risking letting my little ones head down this route, as I suffered from extreme brain fog for years and know how awful it is to have a have only half a brain that cannot connect the dots!

Brain Charge Fruity Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 Mango (peeled & chopped)
- 100 g Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 Avocado (peeled & chopped)
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Flax Seeds (Linseed)
- 200 ml Coconut Water
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in your food blender or Nutribullet and smoosh until smooth.
