Dreamy Creamy Strawberry Milkshake

Dreamy Creamy Strawberry Milkshake
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 120 g Strawberries (frozen)
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 tsp Maple Syrup
- 50 g Cashew Nuts
- 2 tbs Greek Yoghurt
- 325 ml Milk (of choice)
Instructions
- Peel and chop the banana. Put the banana into a blender along with the frozen strawberries, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cashew nuts and Greek yoghurt.
- Top up with the milk, and whizz until thick, creamy and fully blended. This takes less than a minute.
- Divide between two glasses and serve straight away.
Notes
- Nut-free – Switch the cashew nuts to one tablespoon of hulled hemp seeds, sunflower seeds or tahini (sesame) paste.
- Dairy-free or Vegan – Use plant-based milk and yoghurt.
- This milkshake stores in the fridge for up to 48 hours. Use the leftovers to make ice lollies and freeze for up to 3 months.
