  • Peel and chop the banana. Put the banana into a blender along with the frozen strawberries, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cashew nuts and Greek yoghurt.
  • Top up with the milk, and whizz until thick, creamy and fully blended. This takes less than a minute.
  • Divide between two glasses and serve straight away.

Notes

  • Nut-free – Switch the cashew nuts to one tablespoon of hulled hemp seeds, sunflower seeds or tahini (sesame) paste.
  • Dairy-free or Vegan – Use plant-based milk and yoghurt.
  • This milkshake stores in the fridge for up to 48 hours. Use the leftovers to make ice lollies and freeze for up to 3 months.
