Hot Smoked Salmon Lettuce Boats

These hot smoked salmon lettuce boats are super simple to assemble and fun to eat, add some fresh mango and a squeeze of lime to bring these little salad boats to life!

  • Separate, wash and dry the baby gem lettuce leaves and arrange on a platter.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the radishes and cucumber, chop the mango and flake the hot smoked salmon.
  • Fill each leaf boat with the prepared vegetables, top with flakes of hot-smoked salmon and pieces of mango, and squeeze over the lime.

Notes

  • Serve with new potatoes dressed with melted butter and chopped fresh mint.
