Go-Go Goji Berry Trail Mix

Goji berry trail mix is super-healthy and nutrition-dense . This is our favourite and easy NatureDoc snacks. It keeps us buzzy and happy! It’s a simple and delicious combination that contains all the important nutrients to keep serotonin optimised. I like to eat it to keep my energy levels even.

The raw cacao raises the level of serotonin, the seeds are rich sources of magnesium, and tryptophan. Goji berries are known as the ‘happy berries’ because of their powerful effects on mood. Goji berries are protein-dense despite their sweet taste.

Eat straight from the jar or sprinkle on cereal. For a great and filling grain-free breakfast, combine this yummy trail mix with coconut chips, chopped banana and almond or coconut milk.
