We will always want to meet you face to face in a first consultation, and this is usually best achieved by a physical consultation. However sometimes that just isn’t possible or sensible. For example, you may find it difficult to travel, due to distance or disability. So a video consultation is often much more accessible, and can work especially well as a follow-up. We can also use telephone consultations for follow-ups if necessary.
