We hope that you have gained a huge amount of knowledge from this module about HRT and the role it can play to help manage acute symptoms as well as help to prevent long term health risks. You have also learnt all about how to prevent osteoporosis. However diet and lifestyle are just as important as HRT. If you are curious to know if hormone imbalance is playing a role in why you are feeling so out of kilter, there is the DUTCH test which can provide great insight into how you metabolise key hormones such as oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone as well as cortisol and DHEA.
