Frozen vanilla yoghurt drops are a perfect treat for youngsters. Children from toddlers to teenagers all love these fruity cold yoghurt snacks. Keep a batch in the freezer, so you have them at the ready when your kids come in hot and bothered after a long day at school.

Thick and creamy Greek yoghurt is combined with honey and vanilla and then scattered with fresh fruit. You then pop these yoghurt drops in the freezer for a couple of hours to harden up. These lovely yummy drops make a scrumptious and easy way to avoid the big sugar rush.

Real food is all about avoiding the nasties of commercial processed foods. Many frozen yoghurts you buy in the supermarkets contain excess cane sugar, glucose syrup, natural flavourings, colourings, stabilisers and emulsifiers. You really want to avoid these additives if you want to keep your children in tip-top health.
