This new online course, Nutrition for Menopause, is presented in 7 online modules and 57 short topics. There are over 6 hours of videos, with guest expert interviews and plenty of recipes to try and exercises to try. These will all be easy to weave into your busy life and do this course at your own pace!

In the course, Lucinda Miller and Emma Davies from the NatureDoc clinical team, explore the many hormonal and nutritional challenges around primary ovarian insufficiency, perimenopause and post menopause, along with amazing ideas to get past any road blocks via nutrition. Our expert guests include Dr Melanie Hacking and Dr Susanne Hooper from The Oxford Hormone Clinic, Kate Rowe-Ham of Owning Your Menopause, as well as Mary Harman a pelvic health physiotherapist.

The course will help you understand the benefits of the right diet and food supplements. It covers practical day-to-day tips to help you glide through the mid point of life. It will positively add to your knowledge and help you thrive in mid-life. 

Course format & content – The course is spread over 7 modules. We advise doing one per week, giving you the chance to implement new ideas in between. From launch on the 22nd April, one module is released per week

Discussion Group – Everyone will be enrolled in our private discussion group where you can talk about your experience, share the highs and lows and get advice from us.

NatureDoc Live! Q&A – Once a month on Thursdays at 12:30pm, there will be a live Q&A for an hour, as well as its own discussion group. You will have the opportunity to send in questions beforehand, and depending on numbers, to ask questions in the comments. If you are unable to attend, it will be recorded exclusively members. Live Q&A is also available separately here at a higher price.

Access to the course content and course discussion group will be for as long as we maintain them (and we have no plans to stop!) It will also include future updates to the course. NatureDoc Live! Q&A access is a subscription that renews every six months, until you cancel it.
