Jo Saunders

Jo has a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

She has always had a passion for food, healthy eating and the workings of the human body, and after working in London for several years mainly in broadcast media, she felt it was time to turn her love into a qualification and future career. She gained a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition at the renowned CNM in London and has around twelve years of clinical experience.

She is an empathetic and experienced Nutritional Therapist with a special interest in supporting female hormone health (thyroid disorders, perimenopause, menopause, fertility) as well as adrenal dysfunction, stress and burnout. She sees a number of people affected by hyper mobility and Ehlers Danlos syndrome as well as PoTS and long covid. She also specialises in post-infection digestive health and restoring the gut microbiome. She helps women and girls with long term urinary tract challenges.

She feels strongly that better education is the key to a foundation of healthy eating, in the midst of so many conflicting messages and constantly changing research. Her aim is to use her up-to-date knowledge to guide and support, with the ultimate goal of improving your health and vitality.

As a mother of three, Jo has plenty of experience in making positive nutrition changes manageable in the context of a busy lifestyle. A keen listener, through careful case taking and symptom analysis combined with case appropriate functional laboratory testing, Jo is able to make personalised achievable nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

She is based in Devon near Tiverton.
