Emma Louise is a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach. She has a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, and qualified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Emma Louise specialises in both men’s and women’s health and has a keen interest in supporting people with post-viral and autoimmune health challenges as well as hormonal and gut health needs. She also has an interest in helping couples with their fertility journey. She has a warm and friendly approach, with an infectious smile.
Emma Louise began her health journey when she woke up one morning in 2005 disabled, and unable to walk. It took 2 years to get back to relative normality and thankfully she is now very active running, practising yoga and dog walking. This health scare has had a profound effect on her and it sparked her passion to support people through times of major health challenges.
Today, she is full of life and passion for food, health & well-being. With a wealth of qualifications and personal experience she works with clients to tailor a health plan in the light of their circumstances and needs. The nutrition is based on science and laboratory testing, and as a Health Coach, she helps clients figure out their own recipe for success.
Emma Louise lives in Shropshire with her young son, and sees clients by virtual consultation.
