Menopause is a super important time of your life, with profound changes going on in your body. Learn why nutrition is so important, and what you can do before, during and after menopause. The course is presented by Lucinda Miller & Emma Davies, and contains exclusive interviews, practical guides and helpful tips. Special guests include, Dr Susanne Hooper & Dr Melanie Hacking from the Oxford Homone Clinic, Kate Rowe-Ham, menopause fitness coach, and Mary Harman, pelvic physiotherapist. 

This new online course contains over 6 hours of videos, which will help you understand the benefits of the right diet and food supplements. As well as the videos, there is written material with practical day to day tips for nutrition, supplement and exercise recommendations and more. At launch, one module will be released per week, but after that you can binge it if you want!!

This course is designed for you as a pre- or post-menopausal woman, It will positively add to your knowledge and help you make the best of a potentially tricky time!
