Cookie Policy

At NatureDoc, we use various different cookies on our web sites, to provide you with a great experience as you browse them. When you use our sites, we take it that you implicitly agree to our Privacy Policy, which incorporates this Cookie Policy. However, we also have a pop-up notice on our sites that gives you the chance to accept our Cookie Policy and remove the notice.

If you do not agree to our Cookie Policy, please stop using our sites immediately. If you use a web browser or plugin that disables cookies, your experience may vary and we can take no responsibility for it.

Please read this Cookie Policy carefully and check back each time you return, as it is liable to be updated, and each time you use our sites, you are implicitly agreeing to it.

What sites does this policy refer to?

We currently maintain web sites or functionality on the domains naturedoc.clinic naturedoc.shop and naturedoc.com.

What types of cookies do we use?

Strictly necessary – Some cookies are absolutely necessary to the proper function of the site. This may be in order to display things correctly as you browse round it, to maintain a shopping basket or to keep track of what you are paying for.

Analytics cookies – These are cookies that help us understand which parts of our sites are more popular than others, how easy it is to navigate around the sites, and what user technologies we need to test for. Overall, these are for us to understand how to serve you better. We have currently disabled any such functionality, but we expect to resume them shortly.

Affiliate cookies – When a referral is made from another person or site, we may pay a commission to the referrer. We do not currently use this for referrers who are not NatureDoc practitioners because we are extremely cautious about making sure users are informed before they even visit our sites, if this functionality is used.

First party cookies – If our sites place a cookie on your browser, that is known as a first party cookie.
Third party cookies – When a site other than ours places a cookie while you are visiting our sites, that is known as a third party cookie. This can be related to advertising, embedded functionality like video, content delivery, or analytics.

Session cookies – Some cookies are designed to exist, or be relevant only to the end of a browser session. They expire, or may be deleted at that point. They may continue to be present in some circumstances, even when expired, but are considered non-invasive.

Persistent cookies – When a cookie is designed to last or longer than a session, they are persistent. The length of time until they expire is predetermined and can vary greatly, and even be permanent. We do not use permanent cookies.
